Yesterday, Toni has attended an advance screening of “Lucky Them”, hosted by Paul Newman’s Serious Fun Foundation. Pictures from the event can be found in the photo gallery.

Toni an Michael C. Hall have been guests on “Watch What Happens Live” on May 15 to promote the Broadway run of “The Realisitic Joneses”. While waiting for a video of their appearance, a bunch of pictures from the show’s taping have been added to the image library.

The cast of “The Realistic Joneses” and its creator, Will Enos, have been honored with a Drama Desk Special Award, which recognizes excellence and significant contributions to the theater. The honor is given to Enos and the casts of both the “Joneses” and Off-Broadway’s “The Open House” “ror two extraordinary casts and one impressively inventive playwright”. On Monday, Toni has attended the Tribeca Film Festival’s premiere of “Lucky Them”, with director Megan Griffiths and co-stars Thomas Haden Church, Oliver Platt, Ryan Eggold and Nina Arianda in attendance as well. Pictures can be found in the photo gallery, with additional information below.

As Page Six wrote, It took 11 years, but “Lucky Them” premiered Monday night at the Tribeca Film Festival starring Toni Collette as a magazine writer assigned to track down her rock star ex-boyfriend. Emily Wachtel co-wrote the semi-autobiographical film. Paul Newman loved the script so much he wrote personal letters to many people, including Thomas Haden Church, who ended up in a starring role. After Newman died, his widow, Joanne Woodward, took the reins and serves as an executive producer. Their daughter Clea Newman was set to attend Monday night to represent the family. The film is also playing Wednesday at SVA and Saturday at Bow Tie Cinemas in Chelsea.

Updates include “Like Minds”, “The Dead Girl”, “Evening” and “The Black Balloon”. Blu-Ray screencaptures from Nicole Holofcener’s “Enough Said” have been added to the image library. This has been such a delightful film that I’ve enjoyed more than I expected, with wonderful performances by all, lead by Julia Louis-Dreyfus and the great James Gandolfini and supported by Toni Collette and Ben Falcone as a wonderfully wicked disfunctional couple.
