Here’s the first look at Toni Collete in character on the set of “Hitchcock”. The pictures were taken on May 15th. Toni plays Alfred Hitchcock’s assistent, Peggy Robertson, in the film.

Toni made a surprise appearance on television, promoting “Jesus Henry Christ” on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. After briefly talking about the film, the interview circled mostly about Australia – various Australian bars – and their children. This has been Toni’s fourth appearance on Craig Ferguson’s show – she first appeared in 2005 to promote “In her Shoes”, then in 2006 to promote “Little Miss Sunshine” and in 2009 for the release of “United States of Tara”. I’ve added a bunch of new production stills and on-set pictures of Toni’s upcoming comedy drama “Foster”, which now has a theatrical release for the United Kingdom on July 01, 2012. The pictures come from the film’s official Facebook page, check it out for more information on the film.

In a rare public appearance (the first in two years!), Toni has attended the 2012 Tropfest in Sydney, Australia, as a jury member. She posed alongside Australian friends and colleagues, including Geoffrey Rush, Cate Blanchett, Nicole Kidman and Joel Edgerton. Pictures from the event can be found in the gallery.
