Oct 28 2010 Congratulations to Toni for receiving yet another AFI Award nomination, Australia’s Oscar equivalent, this time as Best International Actress for “United States of Tara”s second season. She shares this category with Bojana Novakovic (Edge of Darkness), Mia Wasikowska (Alice in Wonderland) and Naomi Watts (Mother and Child). The ceremony is due to take place in December in Melbourne. This is Toni’s tenth nomination! She has won six times for “Muriel’s Wedding”, “Lilian’s Story”, “The Boys”, “Japanese Story”, “The Black Balloon” and “United States of Tara”s Season 1 and has received nominations for “Spotswood”, “In Her Shoes” and “Little Miss Sunshine”.
