Layout 12 (September 22, 2016 to date) To me, this feels like a summary of all previous layouts. A clean and easy presentation of Toni Collette's many wonderful roles as shown in the background and one of the stunning black and white studio picture as an eye catcher. Also, with eleven projects in the pipeline for 2017, a fresh new look for all new things to come.
Layout 11 (May 10, 2015 - September 21, 2016) I liked this layout a lot, but it didn't stay online as long as it felt (it felt an eternity). Featuring a collection of beautiful black and white pictures, the site became "complete" with this layout, meaning that all past and present projects were covered. Also, the photo gallery expanded with thousands of additional pictures.
Layout 10 (April 06, 2014 - May 09, 2015) Ten layouts already? This one proved special because Toni returned to Broadway after 14 years and "The Realistic Joneses" and had a slew of new films being released, including A Long Way Down, Hector and the Search for Happiness and Tammy. This new layout featured a wonderful image from the "Joneses" promotion.
Layout 09 (November 01, 2012 - April 05, 2014) Once again, this layout was online for a very long time and served the site very well. It was launched just in time for the release of "Hitchcock", which launched Toni's "return" to the movies after taking time off for motherhood. Still love this layout very much, it was a perfect fit.
Layout 08 (September 26, 2011 - October 31, 2012) Again, this layout stayed online for over a year - during a time when not much happened as "United States of Tara" came to an end and Toni focused on her private life for a whole year with no new projects. Also, this layout was more edgy and darker than the previous versions. I liked this one a lot.
Layout 07 (October 23, 2010 to September 25, 2011) Once I realised that the site was online for indeed five years, it felt somehow easy to bring back the old shape. This layout displays the website's intent at best - clean, comprehensive and easy on the eye. It was done quite fast, proving that not always good things need time.
Layout 06 (April 02, 2010 - October 22, 2010) This one was online for longer than I thought, I just didn't like it and I felt that somehow everything falls apart. Since the site had been converted to Wordpress, which was new to me, I had a hard time to get all the content back online and looking back this version didn't do much for the progress.
Layout 05 (September 05, 2009 - April 01, 2010) This one came fast and went fast, so I see it more as a temporary one around Toni's Emmy Award win. Personally I think this layout didn't really do much for the site. Liked it a lot when it was created, but found it boring very soon after. Still, this was one marvelous header image of Toni.
Layout 04 (November 01, 2008 - September 04, 2009) While the previous layouts has sort of become the longest running design for this site, I thought it was time for a change, especially after the quiet period of Toni's pregnancy and the then-upcoming "United States of Tara", which would prove to become one of the biggest successes of her career.
Layout 03 (April 21, 2007 - November 01, 2008) The previous layout worked fine, but I thought it was time for a brighter, more professional look and I really like how this version looks and how it was built around my favorite picture of Toni. Also, the career pages were expanded with links to pictures and videos. And the discussion forum was closed.
Layout 02 (August 06, 2006 - April 21, 2007) This layout came to life by testing around and although I've never thought that blue would match with Toni Collette, it certainly did with this layout, using some wonderful pictures from the early 2000s. After the photo gallery script was hacked, everything was uploaded to a new system. New with this version was also the Discussion Forum.
Layout 01 (October 16, 2005 - August 06, 2006) I tested a lot to make a layout that would match with Toni, but nothing worked out until Sandra contributed a lovely header to me. This layout was thought to be simple but effective. It was a great start for the launch of the website, with "Little Miss Sunshine" and "The Night Listener" just being released.
